Deferral Policy:

Students accepted onto the SAGE Program may choose to defer their admission up to one year. A student who defers does not need to go through the full application process again, though parents must understand that they will be charged the cost for the program at the time their child goes, not the cost at the time they were admitted.

In order to bring their application up to date, SAGE will require:

• An up to date transcript
• An abbreviated telephone interview
• (possibly) A conversation with the student’s school counselor

Deferred admission students must confirm their intention to join the program and send their deposit by the date of the following year’s application deadline: March 1st for Fall admission; October 1st for Spring.

Refund Policy:

Students who choose not to participate in the SAGE Program once they have been admitted will forfeit their non-refundable application fee as well as their deposit fee. Any paid tuition amounts will be refunded in the following manner:

• More than 60 days prior to the start of the school semester -full refund
• Between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the school semester -50% refund
• Less than 30 days prior to the start of the school semester -no refund

Summer Refund Policy:

Students who choose not to participate in the SAGE Summer Program once they have been accepted will forfeit their non-refundable application fee as well as their program fee. The Summer Program fee will be refunded in the following manner:

• More than 60 days prior to the start of the program -full refund
• Between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the program -50% refund
• Less than 30 days prior to the start of the program -no refund

Privacy Policy:

The SAGE Program respects the privacy of all its students and their families. Personal information will never be shared with any other agency, except the alumni offices of each school which attempts to maintain complete records of all prior students.
